Hip lifts – one leg slightly infront of the other that knee is very bent, weight on the back leg which is slightly bent. straighten the front leg, tighten that glut. lift, lift lift hip to beat of music. back or down hips. same pose, but this time, you drop that hip to back, like there is a drum behind your butt and you are going to smack it. drop drop drop to the beat.
