I applaud this teacher for teaching the movements of belly dance. However, However, the dance was a small subset of a culture that had a higher level understanding of energies and vibrations. Those ancient cultures along both the Nile Valley and the Indus Valley had a clear understanding of that. We in the West mistakenly believe that we are the zenith of human civilization…actually we are the last to evolve.
to be honest im a belly dancer and thats one of the first moves i every learnt its pretty easy things like snake walk are a bit harder to master

You can think of it as a half circle with a hip twist. But don’t try to learn it from her. She seems to find it hard to do and I don’t understand why she explain it this way.
